Overview
At Touska I built internal tools and workflow integrations used by the business day to day: the software colleagues open every morning rather than a product sold to customers.

The Problem
Internal tools are judged on one thing: how long a task takes. Every extra click, ambiguous label or unnecessary page load is multiplied by the number of people repeating that task all day.

My Approach
Work from the task backwards. Watch where the interface makes people stop and think, then remove that step — clearer flows, responsive layouts that hold up on the devices people actually use, and workflow integrations that remove manual handoffs between systems.
